We make it to order for your catering enjoyment in 2 sizes (Medium, and Large trays)

It comes with Goat meat, Smoked turkey, Shaki (Tripe), and Cow foot, and grounded Egusi. (Grounded dried smoked crayfish added for flavor) You can order it with a different meats combo, stockfish & shrimp too if you like.
